The rear hopper Partner HT is a double hopper. The total capacity is 2 800 litres, partitioned in a ratio of 40 : 60. This allows for metering two different components or one component from both hoppers to make use of the whole capacity.
In practice, the following applications are possible:

• One kind of fertiliser from both hoppers
• Two different fertiliser components (e.g. phosphor and potash fertiliser)
• Seed and fertiliser (rape and deep fertilisation)
• Two seeds, especially if the grain sizes differ considerably

Moreover, the targeted fertilisation increases efficiency and compared to conventional fertilisation saves costs. Especially for phosphate, the system helps to improve fertiliser efficiency. The placed fertiliser is immediately and permanently available to the plant.
The HORSCH Partner HT is linked to the 3-point linkage of the tractor. It can be linked to a tillage tool (e.g. HORSCH Joker RT, Tiger AS / MT, Terrano FM / MT / GX) via a lower link at the Partner HT, K 80 ball hitch coupling or drawbar. Due to the design of the rear hopper the visibility into the working tool is optimum.

• Single and double hopper
• Metering devices for seed / fertiliser and micro-granular compounds
• Pressurised hopper – for metering and transporting high application rates, no dust formation in the front area of the tractor

CONTROLLED INCORPORATION OF FERTILISER DURING THE TILLAGE PASS

Partner 1600 FT

The single hopper with a capacity of 1 600 liter can be used for deep fertilisation in combination with a single grain seed drill (Maestro RV), a seed drill (Express 4 KR) or in tillage sector. The compact design of the Partner FT allows for an optimum front vision. The feed opening is rather large and allows for a quick filling with a front loader or a telehandler.
An additional weight of 360 kg can be added to the Partner FT (dead weight of 700 kg). The additional weight is available as an option. Thus, even with an empty front hopper, the tractor is balanced ideally.
To guarantee an optimum soil protection the front hopper can be equipped with an intermediate packer: a RollPack packer with 280 kg or a typre packer with an additional weight of 230 kg.
High throughput volumes are required when applying fertiliser to be prepared for all situations and operational speeds. Beside the possibility to apply high quantities, the advantage of the pressurised hopper Partner FT is that there is no dust formation in front of the tractor. The transport is carried out in a closed system to the fertiliser / seed coulter.

Partner 2000 FT

The Partner 2000 FT is a double hopper and has a capacity of 2 200 liter in total. Depending on the intended use, 2 basic versions are available:
Double hopper with a 60 : 40 partition and two metering devices The design allows for applying seed and fertiliser, two seeds or two different fertilisers. The assignment of the two differently-sized hopper chambers can be selected at will.
Double hopper with a 75 : 25 partition, a metering device and a micro-granular metering unit Combination of a large hopper capacity for seed or granulated fertiliser and an additional capacity of 550 liter for micro-granular compounds with the well-proven HORSCH auger metering device. The double hopper Partner 2000 FT is the ideal complement for all applications in the seeding and tillage sector where two components are required.
