In the future, HorschConnect will allow for linking customer, machine and HORSCH. This connectivity is possible due to the SmartCan module that, in the future, can be installed on more and more HORSCH machines with job computers. Data will be available for the cloud or via WLAN for a mobile device (e. g. smartphone or tablet). A GPS receiver will complete the numerous options.
This is where HORSCH MobileControl joins in. By means of this app that is available for Android and iOS, the customer can directly access the recorded data on his smartphone.
Moreover, MobileControl allows the farmer to carry out machine functions, like the calibration of HORSCH seed drills, nozzle tests at the Leeb sprayers or individual row tests at the Maestro single grain seed drills, quite easily with a mobile phone. Wireless software updates or remote diagnostics in case of error messages are scheduled for the future via HorschConnect. Moreover, the data exchange with several farm management systems will be possible. At the Agritechnica 2019 the system will already be connected with the agrirouter.
