Tiger MT

The solution – even for most difficult conditions

The Tiger now can be equipped with a fully-fledged double packer. It is ideal for heavy soils that require a special crushing of the clods. The machine turns on the packer, thus conserving the soil. The chassis is used for in and out of transport position and, for this purpose, is swivelled in.

Strengths

Of the tiger MT

  • TerraGrip tine 770 kg release force, 28 cm lifting height
  • MulchMix point system Up to 20 % less draft requirement at equal working depth
  • Maximum flexibility in terms of working depth (5 – 35 cm)
  • Optional combination with Pronto seeding technology
  • Heavy tyre packing system for effective consolidation and safe road transport (2 different sizes: 7.50 – 16 AS, 210 / 95 – 24 AS)
  • Double RollPack packer Ø 62 cm with swivel chassis for safe road transport
  • Large frame dimensions of 120 x 120 mm

ALWAYS A TRUMP CARD IN YOUR HAND

  • Tiger 4 MT rigid can be supplied fitted with the optional fertiliser hopper

Only the Tiger 4 MT rigid is equipped with a middle chassis and a double RollPack packer. In addition, a fertiliser mounting with a 2 800 l hopper is available for this machine.
The system is based on the metering and pneumatic system of a HORSCH Pronto. It is an easy entry into the technology of placed fertilisation.

It increases efficiency and compared to traditional fertilisation reduces costs.

FERTILISING WITHOUT LOSS

Save time and increase efficiency

It becomes more and more attractive to place fertiliser during the tillage pass in a targeted way to prepare a so-called bait for the roots. In times when prices for fertiliser are rising, efficient fertilising is extremely important.
Applying fertiliser during the tillage pass also has logistic advantages compared to applying fertiliser while sowing, especially if high quantities have to be applied. In combination with the Tiger HORSCH provides efficient possibilities with the seed wagon and the fertiliser mounting.
